GetResponse – How to Export List of Subscribers: I find GetResponse user interface confusing. Even after all this time. So this short tutorial shows how to find your relevant list of subscribers and how to export them into a .csv file.
Note: GR calls your subscribers “contacts”.
Log into your GetResponse (GR) account.
Go Contacts (top of dashboard) >> Search Contacts
On the Search Contacts from >> click Advanced Search
In the additional search fields that appear, select the relevant Campaign that has the list of subscribers you want to export.
Note: all the campaigns are selected by default. Unselect all except the campaign you want.
Then click “Show Contacts”
On the next page,
(tick) Choose All >> Actions >> Export
Next, name the file to be exported. Click Export button.
Note: you can change the format but .csv files are one of the most commonly used.
Then you can download the exported file that appears.
Tip: if you are using MailChimp, you can read how to import subscribers into MailChimp.
